Chevrolet has just taken electric adventure to the next level with the reveal of the 2026 Silverado EV Trail Boss — a rugged, off-road-ready truck that blends cutting-edge EV innovation with real-world capability. Designed for those who crave the road less traveled (or no road at all), the Trail Boss makes going off-grid feel like home.

With up to 478 miles of GM-estimated range and an impressive 10.2 kW of offboard power, the Silverado EV Trail Boss lets you camp in comfort. Whether it’s powering your gear or lighting up the night, this truck makes sure the adventure doesn’t stop when the sun goes down.

Available Super Cruise™ with Trailering allows for hands-free highway driving even while towing, making those cross-country camper trips more relaxing than ever before. It’s next-level convenience with serious capability.

From rocky trails to gravel roads, the Trail Boss is built to perform. Off-Road Mode enhances performance on loose surfaces, while the exclusive Terrain Mode delivers precision for low-speed, technical maneuvering. And with Sidewinder™ mode, all four wheels can turn in the same direction, letting you “crab walk” diagonally through tight spaces.

This truck is as versatile as it is capable. The e-Trunk gives you lockable, weatherproof storage up front. In the back, the 5’11” bed accommodates everything from mountain bikes to construction gear. Add the Multi-Flex Midgate and Multi-Flex Tailgate, and you’ll have up to 10’10” of load floor — perfect for kayaks, lumber, or anything in between.

Even when you're off the grid, the Trail Boss keeps you plugged in. The 17.7-inch diagonal infotainment display becomes a full entertainment hub with access to Google Maps, OnStar Wi-Fi® for up to seven devices, and streaming apps like HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and GameSnacks. Whether you’re charging or parked at the trailhead, the Silverado EV is your rolling media center.

The Trail Boss joins a growing Silverado EV lineup that includes the Work Truck (WT) and LT trims, ensuring there's a Silverado EV for every budget and lifestyle — from job site to off-road escape.

The Return of an EV Favorite: Meet the Chevrolet Bolt

A few years ago, during the rapid rise of electric vehicles, the Chevrolet Bolt and its sibling helped make EV ownership more accessible than ever. But the story didn’t end there. Behind the scenes, Chevrolet was already developing the next chapter — and now the all-new 2027 Bolt is ready to make its return. At Maritime Chevrolet, we’re excited to see this popular EV come back with meaningful upgrades while staying true to its mission: delivering affordable electric driving for everyday drivers. While the new Bolt’s exterior design will feel familiar to fans, resembling the previous Bolt EUV, the real transformation lies beneath the surface. The 2027 model features updated front and rear styling along with new electrical architecture and a more efficient electric powertrain that gives the Bolt a fresh start. One of the biggest improvements comes in charging capability. Earlier versions of the Bolt were limited to relatively slow fast-charging speeds, but the new model adopts a lithium-iron-phosphate (LFP) battery that dramatically improves performance. The 65-kWh battery can now accept up to 150 kW of fast-charging power, allowing drivers to charge from 10% to 80% in about 25 minutes. It also includes a North American Charging Standard (NACS) port, giving drivers access to a broader charging network. The Bolt’s electric motor has also been upgraded, borrowing technology from the Chevrolet Equinox EV. The result is 210 horsepower, slightly more than the previous model, along with improved acceleration thanks to revised gearing. Inside, the cabin receives a modern refresh with a redesigned dashboard, a customizable digital instrument cluster, and a larger 11.3-inch infotainment display powered by integrated Google technology. Built-in apps provide navigation and music streaming, with eight years of data included to keep drivers connected on the road. Despite the new technology, the Bolt remains focused on value. The 2027 model offers an estimated 262 miles of EPA-rated driving range and starts at $28,995, making it one of the most affordable electric vehicles available today. For drivers who want additional comfort and style, the RS trim adds heated and ventilated seats, blacked-out accents, a heated steering wheel, and other premium touches. Even better, Chevrolet’s advanced Super Cruise hands-free driving technology is available on both trims, making the Bolt one of the most affordable ways to experience this cutting-edge feature. The Bolt’s return proves that electric vehicles don’t have to be expensive to be capable, practical, and fun to drive. At Maritime Chevrolet, we’re excited to see how the next generation of this fan-favorite EV continues to make electric driving more accessible than ever.
