It’s time to say our goodbyes. After nine strong years of model runs, the sixth generation of Camaro will be the last. To celebrate the end of the beloved nameplate, Chevrolet is creating a Collector’s Edition package on the 2024 Camaro RS and SS, with a limited availability on the ZL1. The Collector’s Edition pays homage to Camaro, resurfacing ties that date back to the development of the first generation Camaro in the 1960s, most notably the program’s initial code name: Panther. The final models will leave the assembly line at the Lansing Grand River Assembly Plant in Michigan in January 2024.

The latest generation of Camaro is known for supreme athleticism and composure – with both coupe and soft-top convertible options available. Magnetic Ride Control became available within the recent model year, with the ability to read the road and change damping in just 10 to 15 milliseconds. Available on SS and standard on ZL1 and SS with the 1LE Performance Package, it works with the Performance Traction Management system and eLSD to provide stability at high speeds, making the system exceptionally responsive and providing increased wheel control.

The available ZL1-inspired dual-mode exhaust allows for peak performance at high engine speeds and is engineered to create an aggressive sound at idle without being overwhelming. The sculptural decklid, horizontal lamps and rear diffuser complete the powerful statement.

The 2023 Camaro offers powerful technologies that put you in control and can even help you become a better driver. The Chevrolet Infotainment system features Wireless Apple CarPlay® and Wireless Android Auto™ compatibility And with an available Wi-Fi® Hotspot, you can stay connected without all the cords. Built with both performance and safety in mind, the Camaro comes with standard Rear Vision Camera, and available Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Change Assist Alert, and Forward Collision Alert.

“As we prepare to say goodbye to the current generation Camaro, it is difficult to overstate our gratitude to every Camaro customer, Camaro assembly line employee and race fan,” said Scott Bell, vice president, Global Chevrolet. “While we are not announcing an immediate successor today, rest assured, this is not the end of Camaro’s story.”

More details on the Collector’s Edition Package will be revealed later this year – keep an eye on our facebook for updates!
