Equinox EV

Experience the affordable, functional, and stylish addition to the Chevy EV lineup – the 2024 Equinox EV. Chevrolet’s all-electric Equinox EV is designed to help you transition smoothly to electric vehicles without compromising on style, performance, or technology. The Equinox EV offers an impressive EPA-estimated range of 319 miles on FWD models.

Elevating the Equinox Experience

The Equinox EV builds on the strengths of its gas-powered predecessor, second only to the Silverado in Chevy sales. It enhances these qualities with an expressive design, electrifying capability, and effortless EV technology. Key features include a large, 17.7-inch diagonal infotainment screen, a comprehensive suite of driver assistance technologies, and available Super Cruise hands-free driving on compatible roads.

“The Equinox EV is an EV for everyone,” said Bell. “It’s an affordable game-changer, offering an uncompromising experience with more features that won’t change your daily routine — except that you will no longer have to stop at the gas station.”

Stylish and Spacious Design

The Equinox EV’s design is athletic and bold, instantly recognizable as a Chevy SUV. It offers two distinctive personalities, LT and RS, available in both FWD and AWD configurations.

Highlights include:

  • Sleek lines and sporty proportions enabled by the Ultium Platform
  • Innovative walk-up lighting with front and rear animations and an available light bar on mid- and up-level trims
  • Standard 19-inch wheels, with available 21-inch wheels
  • Available AutoSense liftgate for hands-free opening
  • Available two-tone roof options

Inside, the Equinox EV offers a modern interior with room for five, customizable ambient lighting, and a smart infotainment system with Google Built-in. The cabin includes numerous storage solutions and up to 57.2 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded. Comfort features such as heated seats, a heated steering wheel, and a heated windshield wiper park are also available.

Effortless EV Technology

Chevrolet is dedicated to making the EV transition seamless with features like the MyChevrolet app for navigation and route planning, which helps locate charging stations. GM is also working to expand accessible public charging throughout North America, offering access to over 174,000 public chargers via the MyChevrolet mobile app.

Safety and Electrifying Capability

Safety is a top priority, and the Equinox EV includes a robust list of standard features such as:

  • Chevy Safety Assist, including Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, and more
  • Rear Park Assist, Reverse Automatic Braking, Safety Alert Seat, and Blind Zone Steering Assist
  • Adaptive Cruise Control and available Super Cruise hands-free driving technology

The Equinox EV offers a standard FWD system with 213 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque, and an available eAWD system with 288 horsepower and 333 lb-ft of torque. One-Pedal Driving and regenerative braking help maximize driving range, while charging technology includes standard 11.5 kW Level 2 (AC) charging and DC fast-charging capability.

GM covers the Equinox EV’s battery with an 8-year/100,000-mile limited warranty, in addition to the vehicle’s standard bumper-to-bumper coverage, providing added peace of mind for customers.
