Every year, the Cancer Couch launches the Cancer Beat in support of metastatic breast cancer. This year, the Cancer Beat presents The Wailers! Join us at The Warehouse located at 70 Sanford Street in Fairfield, CT. The event will be held on Saturday, October 5, from 6:30-11pm.

The Cancer Couch Foundation is a privately funded, non-profit organization that has helped put over 2 million dollars into metastatic breast cancer (mbc) research to date! 100% of donations and event proceeds are matched and go to fund mbc research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center!

Taste of Fairfield

Touted as The Culinary Event of the Year, the 2019 Taste of Fairfield offers you the chance to visit and eat at some of the top restaurants in the area, along with wine samples,, specialty markets, winemakers, craft brewers! The event is located at the backlot of the Delamar Southport/Artisan Restaurant. There will be music, fun, and amazing entertainment. There will be a special VIP preview from noon to 1 pm. The event will be held on October 13, and tickets begin at $55 for a regular pass, but $100 gets you the VIP treatment which includes valet parking, an open bar and much more!

Great Pumpkin Fest

The Great Pumpkin Fest is an event where you can bring the whole family! Held each year at the Boothe Memorial Park, the festival will also include a pumpkin carving contest where you can see tons of cool designs and more! Events will include a children’s costume parade (3:00 sharp) with prizes, DJ music, games, crafts, face painting, refreshments, pie baking contest, scarecrow judging contest, 4 Moonbounces, horse-drawn hayrides, roaming railroad, and the opening of the various historic buildings at the park, including tours of the Model Train Museum and Observatory.
