The BrightDrop 600 variant stretches the wheelbase to 183 inches, offering 600 cubic feet of cargo volume with a slightly lower payload capacity.

Chevrolet offers two battery options to suit your delivery routes: Max Range Battery with up to 272 miles combined city/highway range with all-wheel drive, and Standard Battery with an estimated 193 miles in the city and 151 miles on the highway. These range options help tailor the BrightDrop to various fleet needs, from dense urban deliveries to longer suburban routes.

The BrightDrop was designed with commercial efficiency and safety in mind. Delivery Mode streamlines the process. With the press of a button, the van’s cabin lights activate, the bulkhead door unlocks, and (if equipped) power doors on the curbside and bulkhead automatically open when parked — then close and lock when you shift into drive.

You can deliver with peace of mind with over 20 standard safety features including automatic emergency braking, pedestrian/cyclist braking, forward collision alert, lane keep assist, and a 360-degree camera system for enhanced awareness. Operators can open/close doors via steering wheel buttons or key fob, minimizing manual effort and improving workflow.

Inside, the BrightDrop offers an 11.3-inch infotainment system with built-in Google apps for easy navigation and connectivity. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available, though users may find that using BrightDrop’s native Google Maps app provides a clearer directional view than CarPlay’s version.

The BrightDrop drives like a true EV — quiet, responsive, and with smooth acceleration.
