Chevrolet and Celebrities

Over time, Chevrolet has been a mainstay in popular culture. It doesn’t matter where, and it certainly doesn’t matter when, but wherever you look, there was probably a Chevy somewhere out there. Take a look at some celebrities who you may not have known who have driven a Chevy or two! Look for the link at the bottom for all of the photos!

Farrah Fawcett: This iconic actress was a start of the big and small screen. Farrah Fawcett was known to have an eccentric style and her 1970 Corvette only serves to reflect her iconic style. The former Charlie’s Angel had fur lining, mobile phone and even a TV! For more photos click here: https://imgur.com/a/yuU3ODV

American Astronauts: It all began when America’s first astronaut went into space. Alan Shepherd drove a ’57 Corvette to NASA and after his iconic launch into the heavens, GM gifted him the keys to a sweet looking ’62 Corvette! This began the love affair between astronauts and Corvette which still continues to this day. James Dean: This Rebel Without A Cause actor spoke to an entire generation. This famous actor was known to drive Porsche and Mercury vehicles, but we know his heart was always with his 1955 Chevy Delray Club Coupe. For more photos click here: https://imgur.com/a/yuU3ODV

Brian Wilson: If you’re a lover of music, we are sure you’ve heard of Brian Wilson. But on the off-chance that you haven’t, this member of the Beach Boys knew how to relax, work, and live while having a great time. Another fun fact is that he was a lover of Corvette. From Stingrays to the later C5 and C6 models, Brian Wilson knew how to drive in style, and he made sure everyone else knew it as well! For more photos click here: https://imgur.com/a/yuU3ODV

William Shatner: Beam me up Scotty! We’ve covered the men who went to space, but we haven’t really discussed the man who made going to other galaxies accessible to us. Meet William Shatner. We are sure you’ve seen him at least once whether it be on Star Trek, a game show or one of his many movies, but Shatner was also known to fancy a drive here and there in his own ’63 Corvette! Between that and his trusty dog next to his side, there’s not much else a person needs, right? For more photos click here: https://imgur.com/a/yuU3ODV
