The new lineup includes a Work Truck (WT), LT, Z71, ZR2 and first-ever Trail Boss models. You’ll find three distinctive chassis stances to optimize each model’s capabilities, creating a more diverse range of choices tailored to the distinctive ways you use your trucks for work and recreational activities, including off-roading.

Inside the Colorado, you’ll experience the class-leading, standard 11.3-inch-diagonal color infotainment touchscreen, accompanied by a segment-first standard 8-inch-diagonal fully digital color instrument display. Both of which are customizable. Choose from four distinct new interior options featuring sporty round outboard vents, wrapped and stitched knee pads on the doors and center console for select models, and more adventurous contrast stitching on select models.
Under the hood are several engine enhancements to help optimize performance and refinement, including a more rigid cylinder block casting and a 30% stiffer crankshaft, complementing a fully forged bottom end as well as materials used in diesel engines to deliver the durability you expect from a Chevy truck. You will also get to experience more horsepower and torque than the previous three engines. The new base 2.7L Turbo engine, for example, offers 18% more horsepower and 36% more torque than the current Colorado’s base engine. In addition, the higher-output versions of the 2.7L engine lineup produce more horsepower and torque than the current model’s available 3.6L V-6 and 2.8L turbo-diesel engines.

On August 5th, Maritime Chevy partnered with Chaz & AJ of 99.1 PLR to throw a “Stand Up For Vets” comedy show! This event was held as a way to raise donations and honor our local heroes – while having as much fun as possible. The event, held at the Grassy Hill Country Club, turned out to be a massive success with over $77,000 dollars raised for Help Our Military Heroes! Thank you for a night of laughs with Jim Florentine, Alyssa and AJ, and everyone who was able to attend and/or donate to our cause. 

Founded in 2009 by two local women looking to make a difference, Help Our Military Heroes provides assistance to active duty service members and veterans who require ramp-entry, modified minivans due to their wounds, injuries, and illnesses. Since their inception, HOMH has awarded over 140 adaptive minivans to service men and women, with expanded programs to help virtually any service member in need. 100% of your donation goes towards the mission of helping local heroes.

We couldn’t be more proud of our community for coming together and achieving such a wonderful event! We look forward to what the future holds.

The Fall Annual Soccer Tournament (F.A.S.T) is returning next month! Hosted by the Fairfield United Soccer Association, F.A.S.T is one of the largest Labor Day tournaments in the state of Connecticut. In 2021, the tournament featured over 125 teams and 2,500 athletes from all around the North East. This year, Maritime Chevy is proud to sponsor such a well-known and amazing event!

The Fairfield United Soccer Association (FUSA), one of the largest travel and premier soccer organizations in CT, provides the opportunity to play and learn the game of soccer to young players in the community. FUSA is a non-profit organization managed by parent volunteers that strives to provide a positive learning environment for U9-U14, as well as those in high school.

The Annual Bluefish Tournament is back – and registration is open! For 39 years, WICC600, a heritage radio station based in Bridgeport, CT, has hosted an annual tournament that has grown into what is now known as The Greatest Bluefish Tournament on Earth. It is considered to have the most participants of any fishing tournament of its kind in the United States. Each year, WICC awards almost $40,000 in prize money, with $25,000 going to the heaviest fish caught!

The goal of the tournament is, and has been, to promote the recreational greatness of Long Island Sound. The tournament’s continuing popularity and success has brought tremendous economic benefits to the shoreline communities of Connecticut and New York. Participants will be able to fish anywhere in Long Island Sound, with no age limit required to participate.

No more moving your schedule around to accommodate us or time wasted in traffic. Experience the difference with the easiest and most convenient way to pick up your new car, truck or SUV with a perfect at-home shopping experience. At Maritime Chevy, we want you to shop the way YOU want to. Whether you’d like to shop exclusively online, test drive from home, or visit us at the dealership.

Once you select a vehicle, our Business Manager will schedule a video call of your choice at a convenient time to help you complete all the paperwork online. This covers any insurance, registration, and contract information. Any required documents can be scanned or emailed right to us. Once complete, you’ll be able to arrange for a drop off as early as the same day at either your home or office. Our Chevy experts will text you when they are on the way, with the ability to follow us on route (similar to Uber) to your requested place of delivery. We will text you when we arrive, along with a picture of our team member.  

Our team member will take the time to present your new vehicle to you, answer all your questions, and help you personalize your new vehicle. Then, we will ride back to the dealership in your trade in/lease return, or simply take a Lyft home when you are finished.

Maritime Chevy is proud to be co-hosting the Anna & Raven Maritime Chevy Open, benefitting The Center for Family Justice! Join us on Friday, July 15 for a day filled with camaraderie, raffles, good food, and most importantly – golf. The tournament will be held at the Fairchild Wheeler Golf Course‘s Black Course in Bridgeport, Connecticut. A perfect location for a local tournament, this course features 2x 18-hole Courses, a variety for the pro and amateur with picturesque views, and new Locker Rooms.

Breakfast will be provided by Vazzy’s 19th Hole, which includes bacon or sausage, egg & cheese sandwiches, coffee, and juice. After golfing, you’ll get to enjoy a barbecue lunch of hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, chicken, and salad. Enjoy refreshments, food & fun all day on the course, including Chris & Roy’s Brotherly Grub!
